The business plan was very successful, and our business was able to scale considerably over a ten-year period. I was particularly impressed with Hari's knowledge of learning and development philosophies, methods and practices. On the latter point Hari opened our eyes to an innovative virtual classroom method of delivering professional training to a global audience. We were all initially highly skeptical but Hari convinced us with well thought out argument, a clear articulation of the benefits and a very well organised demonstration.
